How to Enter
To enter the contest:
- Follow @flashingblinkylights on Instagram and/or TikTok.
- Post a photo or video of your Halloween costume on your Instagram and/or TikTok account.
- Tag @flashingblinkylights in your post.
- Make sure your account is public so we can see your entry.
Start early! You don't have to wait until Halloween to enter. Costume entries are welcome throughout the contest period.
Entry Period
The contest begins when this page goes live and ends November 2, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.
Winners will be announced on November 4, 2026 on Flashing Blinky Lights' social media channels.
You must follow @flashingblinkylights on the platform where you submit your entry. Submitting entries on both platforms does not double your chances to win, each person is eligible to receive only one prize.
A person who is selected for a prize will not be eligible to receive a second-place or third-place prize in the same contest. If the same person is selected for multiple prize positions, they will receive the highest-value prize for which they were selected, and Flashing Blinky Lights reserves the right to select another eligible winner for the remaining prize.

1st Place: $250 Amazon Gift Card
2nd Place: $100 Amazon Gift Card
3rd Place: $50 Amazon Gift Card
Honorable Mentions: Additional entries may be recognized as honorable mentions and featured on Flashing Blinky Lights' social media channels.
Winners will be selected based on creativity, originality, use of light-up elements, overall costume presentation, and overall impression. Flashing Blinky Lights reserves the right to determine the winners in its sole discretion.
Photo & Video Usage
By entering the contest, you grant Flashing Blinky Lights permission to repost, publish, display, reproduce, edit, and otherwise use your submitted photos and videos for promotional, advertising, social media, website, email, catalog, and other marketing purposes, without additional compensation.
This permission applies to entries that are selected as winners, honorable mentions, or otherwise featured by Flashing Blinky Lights.
By submitting an entry, you represent that you have the right to submit the photo or video and that your submission does not infringe upon the rights of any other person or entity.
Eligibility
The contest is open to individuals who meet the applicable legal requirements to participate in contests and promotions in their jurisdiction. Employees of Flashing Blinky Lights, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Winner Notification
Winners will be announced on November 4, 2026 through Flashing Blinky Lights' social media channels. Winners may also be contacted through the social media account used to enter.
If a selected winner does not respond within fourteen (14) calendar days after the initial notification, or is found to be ineligible, Flashing Blinky Lights reserves the right to select an alternate winner
